The strong association of HLA-B*27 with ankylosing spondylitis (AS) was first reported nearly 50 years ago. However, the mechanistic link between HLA-B*27 and AS has remained an enigma. While 85-90% of AS patients possess HLA-B*27, majority of HLA-B*27 healthy individuals do not develop AS. This suggests that additional genes and genetic regions interplay with HLA-B*27 to cause AS. Previous genome-wide association studies (GWAS) identified key genes that are distinctively expressed in AS, including the Endoplasmic Reticulum Aminopeptidase (ERAP) 1 and ERAP2. As these gene-encoding molecules are primarily implicated in the process of peptide processing and presentation, potential pathological interaction of these molecules with HLA-B*27 may operate to cause AS by activating downstream immune responses. The aberrant peptide processing also gives rise to the accumulation of unstable protein complex in endoplasmic reticulum (ER), which drives endoplasmic reticulum-associated protein degradation (ERAD) and unfolded protein response (UPR) and activates autophagy. In this review, we describe the current hypotheses of AS pathogenesis, focusing on antigen processing and presentation operated by HLA-B*27 and associated molecules that may contribute to the disease initiation and progression of AS.Here we report the ZrOx-based negative capacitance (NC) FETs with 45.06 mV/decade subthreshold swing (SS) under ± 1 V VGS range, which can achieve new opportunities in future voltage-scalable NCFET applications. In the blotter paper assay, all the five strains of Streptomyces spp. inhibited the pathogen (80-90%). When these five strains were tested for their antagonistic conditions by toothpick method of inoculation, significant differences were observed for charcoal rot severity. Principal component analysis capturing 91.3% phenotypic variations, revealed that the shoot samples treated with both Streptomyces and the pathogen exhibited significantly enhanced antioxidant parameters including superoxide dismutase, catalase, ascorbate peroxidase, guaiacol peroxidase, glutathione reductase, phenylalanine ammonia-lyase, polyphenol oxidase, and total phenolic contents when compared to shoot samples treated with only M. phaseolina. Scanning electron microscope analysis revealed that the phloem and xylem tissues of the Streptomyces treated stem samples were intact compared to that of pathogen inoculated plants. They are most commonly WHO grade 1 pilocytic astrocytomas and frequently occur in patients with neurofibromatosis type 1. The location of these tumors results in visual loss and blindness, endocrine and hypothalamic dysfunction, hydrocephalus, and premature death. Their involvement of the visual pathways and proximity to other eloquent brain structures typically precludes complete resection or optimal radiation dosing without incurring significant neurological injury. There are various surgical interventions that can be performed in relation to these lesions including biopsy, cerebrospinal fluid diversion, and partial or radical resection, but their role is a source of debate.
