Methods From November to December, 2018, a questionnaire survey was conducted among medical staff in a general hospital by using the research design of the current situation survey. A total of 1193 questionnaires were distributed and 939 questionnaires were returned, with a recovery rate of 78.7%, including 891 valid questionnaires and an effective recovery rate of 94.9%. Social support rating scale (SSRs) was used to evaluate social support, and Maslach Burnout Scale (MBI-GS) was used to evaluate job burnout. Single factor analysis was performed by chi square test and Fisher exact probability method. To explore the influencing factors of job burnout by using disordered multi classification logistic. Results The average age was (27.47 ± 4.22) years old, female accounted for 71.5% (637/891) . The total physical examination rate of job burnout was 46.6%. The scores of emotional exhaustion, cynicism and decreased sense of achievement were (10.10±3.75) , (6.14±3.43) , (17.91±4.13) respectively. Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that, compared with the non detected job burnout, the young, working for 1-3 years, average sleep ≤6 hours, and poor social support were more likely to have mild job burnout (OR=0.91, 0.40, 2.25, 2.38, P less then 0.05) ; female, high night shift frequency in the past year, average sleep ≤6 h. read more Those with poor social support were more likely to have moderate to severe job burnout (OR=1.59, 2.94, 4.01, 2.40, 3.66, P less then 0.05) . Conclusion Corresponding measures should be taken to reduce job burnout and improve work efficiency. Objective To investigate and analyze the quality of life of occupational patients in Hangzhou and its influencing factors, so as to improve their qol. Methods From January 2007 to June 2018, patients with diagnosed occupational diseases in Hangzhou City were randomly sampled in October 2019. The patients'basic condition and quality of life were investigated by self-made questionnaire and SF-36, a total of 303 valid questionnaires were collected and the influencing factors were analyzed by correlation analysis and multiple linear regression. Results The scores of physiological function, physiological function, physical pain, general health status, energy, social function, emotional function and mental health of the patients with occupational diseases in Hangzhou were lower than those of the general population in China, the differences were statistically significant (P less then 0.01) . The main factors affecting the score of quality of life of occupational patients are the types of occupational diseases, the level of disability and the duration of illness, the condition of suffering from other diseases, age, educational level, whether they are entitled to Work Injury Insurance, economic income, medical security and social support, the difference was statistically significant (P less then 0.05) . Conclusion The quality of life of the patients with occupational diseases in Hangzhou City is poor, and the corresponding measures should be established to improve the qulity of life. Objective To understand the status quo of nurses' professional mission and explore the influencing factors of nurses' professional mission. Methods From November to December, 2018, 316 nurses from three tertiary hospitals in Tianjin were selected as the research objects. The occupational mission scale was used to investigate the sense of professional mission, the nursing work environment scale was used for the nursing work environment survey, and the work family conflict scale was used for the work family conflict investigation. Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation among nurses' sense of professional mission, nursing work environment and work family conflict; multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of nurses' sense of professional mission. Results The score of professional mission of nurses was (2.90±0.56) . Average monthly income, nursing work environment and work family conflict were the influencing factors of nurses' professional mission (P less then 0.05) . The results of hierarchical regression showed that the higher the average monthly income (β=0.252) , the higher the sense of professional mission of nurses (R(2)=0.064) ; after controlling general data, the two dimensions of nursing work environment Nurses' participation in hospital affairs (β=0.263) , high-quality nursing service foundation (β=0.368) , and work family conflict (β=-0.145) could explain 43.1% of the total variation of professional mission. Conclusion The sense of professional mission of nurses is above the middle level. Nursing managers should start with the influencing factors such as average monthly income, nursing working environment and work family conflict, so as to stimulate or improve nurses' sense of professional mission. Objective To investigate the effect of sound insulation improvement on the noise exposure of workers in the operation room of hot rolling line for wide and heavy plate. Methods From September 2019 to September 2017, based on the occupational health Survey, the data of 25 fixed operation rooms and workers in operation rooms of a steel rolling production line were collected retrospectively, the noise exposure levels before and after the improvement of sound insulation were statistically analyzed. Results The noise exposure value of the workers, the qualified rate of 0 Grade 8 hours equivalent noise (L(EX, 8 h)) ≤85 dB (A) and the qualified rate of the design limit value of the operation room were all higher than those before the modification, the difference was statistically significant (P75 dB (A) of the workers in the operation room was 8h, and the noise level in the operation room still did not meet the Ergonomics limit standard. Conclusion The improvement of sound insulation can effectively improve the working environment of noise workplace operating room and reduce the workers'noise exposure level.
